I have been immersed in the garment manufacturing industry for nearly 20 years, honing my skills and knowledge in every aspect of the field, from Screen Printing, Embroidery, to Project Management, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, and more! For over a decade, I've been dedicated to helping businesses grow, developing tailored strategies that drive success and streamline operations.

In March 2020, my journey took an unexpected turn when I became disabled from an acute COVID infection, and began living with Long Covid. This experience has deeply influenced my approach to business and life. I have shifted focus to help advocate for those affected by Long Covid, sharing my experiences and insights through my Substack blog, Finely Tuned and Fatigued. This platform allows me to connect with others, raise awareness, and promote accessibility in the workplace.

My personal experiences and professional background drive my passion for helping businesses succeed while advocating for equity, equality, and safe and accessible work environments.
