Long Covid Peer to Peer Support Group

Join us every Sunday at 4pm PST, 5pm MST, 6pm CST, 7pm EST for our 1.5 hour, free Peer to Peer Virtual Support Group, called It Starts With Us!

This meeting is for those who have Long Covid, as well as Friends, Family Members or Caretakers of those with Long Covid. All are welcome to join, with cameras on or off, listen in and/or share if you feel comfortable, there's no pressure. Sometimes just the connection of sitting in and being in community is all your body is craving, and we understand that.

Originally started in July 2020, this group is a peer-led space for sharing personal stories and providing emotional support to those affected by Long Covid. It is not affiliated with any business services or offerings provided by Finely Tuned Associates. Participation is completely voluntary and always free of charge.

Please note that this group is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have medical concerns, we encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare provider. As the group’s moderator, my role is to facilitate the space, and no products, services, or consultations are promoted or sold here. Respecting each other’s privacy and confidentiality is a foundational rule of this group.
